About Me
I help people of all ages, focusing on adult couples and teens, to overcome life’s challenges. Many of my clients experience relational conflict, anxiety, depression, and other emotional difficulties that impact their well-being. Through a compassionate and collaborative approach, I help clients build resilience, develop effective coping strategies, and create meaningful change.
I provide a supportive and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, gain insight, and develop effective skills. Using personalized, evidence-based methods, I help clients achieve greater clarity, confidence, and self-awareness.
Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or your child, I’m here to help.
I received a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from Dominican University in San Rafael, California and have been licensed as an Associate Therapist with the Board of Behavioral Sciences since 2022. While at Dominican I was trained under seasoned therapist Diane Suffridge, PhD, and provided Therapy to College Students. I have been receiving training in Couples Counseling, Child Therapy and helping a variety of clients, under Lori Conroy’s Supervision since July 2024.
